Religion, Politics & Everything else!

I made a Decision

I have made a decisions I have pondered the past few months. I will try this and if it becomes to much I will remove it.  Between political election burnout and a busy schedule, I have not posted for several months after striving hard to post continually at first.  I have bounced around the idea of shutting the blog down, but felt this time I am to far into it.  Because of this I have decided to syndicate a few select bloggers on both the political side and the religious side of things.  While I may not believe and prescribe entirely to each idea these bloggers & columnist post and believe in, they are, at this time my greatest choice for each particular persons ideology in their “field of expertize”  Hope you enjoy, and I hope this also gives me opportunity to add to the mix.

Debra J. Saunders: Does Judge Walker Have a Conflict?

In the circle of lawyers and judges I know, U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker is a giant. He is a brilliant jurist, legal eagles will tell you, who has insightful, and often unexpected, opinions. He’s funny and…

Rick Berman: President Obama Should Stick to New Year’s Resolution on the Debt

If you are still sticking with your New Year’s resolutions, congratulations. If, instead, you are warily eyeing the layer of dust on your new elliptical machine, take heart: everyone has a hard time with their…

Dennis Prager: Frank Rich and the State of Liberal Commentary

If one had to read one columnist to appreciate the state of contemporary left-wing commentary, my nomination would be Frank Rich of the Sunday New York Times.
No well-known leftist columnist better exemplifies the…

John Hawkins: Ten Rules for Anti-Government Republican Radicals in D.C.

If future generations of Americans are going to have a bright future, we’re going to have to get a handle on spending. Either we get these deficits under control and start paying off our debt or we’re not going to…

Bill Murchison: Mad, Mad, Mad

Heavy weekend snowfall closed down the capital of the United States. Not that many outside the Washington Beltway were sorry about it. Possibly — by their reasoning — the blizzard was God’s gift to decent government,…

If there is ever a contest to pick which word has done the most damage to people’s thinking, and to actions to carry out that thinking, my nomination would be the word “fair.” It is a word thrown around by far more…
